La Médina d’Agadir, a cultural asset for Agadir and its region

The Société de Développement Régional du Tourisme (SDRT) Souss-Massa came into being on 27 December 2018 in the form of a public limited company under private law in accordance with Organic Law No. 111-14 for the Regions. Its share and public capital has risen from 4 MDH at the time of its creation to 21.5 MDH at present, following the acquisition of the Tourist and Cultural Complex “La Médina d’Agadir” at the end of 2019.

The majority of SDRT Souss-Massa’s capital is held by the Souss-Massa Regional Council.
